HD VELIS KFT, located at Bezerédj utca 8, 1081 Budapest, Hungary (tax number 29270350-2-42, HU29270350), operates the online store accessible at www.velisfashion.com (referred to herein as "velisfashion.com," "we," or "us"). The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all purchases made through our website, as well as to any services and deliveries we provide. Any differing terms proposed by the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing
Customers are required to familiarize yourself with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions before finalizing your order.
The European Commission offers an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Please note that we are not obligated and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body

2.2 Product Display
The product listings and descriptions presented on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement
2.3 Order Submission
When you complete and submit the order form on our website—by entering the required information and clicking the "complete purchase" button—you are making a legally binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. Prior to submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and amend the information you have provided
2.4 Order Acknowledgement
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and summarizing the details. This confirmation does not yet represent acceptance of your offer and is intended solely to provide you with an overview of your order
2.5 Conclusion of Contract
A binding purchase agreement is formed only when we accept your offer by dispatching the goods you have ordered. If you have chosen to pay in advance, dispatch will occur only after your full payment has been credited to our account
2.6 Right to Reject Orders
We reserve the right to decline any order without providing specific reasons. This applies particularly in cases where there is reasonable suspicion that the goods are being purchased for commercial resale purposes
2.7 Automated Orders
We retain the right to cancel or reject any orders that appear to be generated using automated software, bots, crawlers, or similar technologies, or that are placed through third-party services acting on your behalf
- CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE
3.1 Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase agreement within 14 days without needing to provide a reason
The cancellation period begins 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by email customercare@velisfashion.com
To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for your notice to be sent before the 14-day period expires
3.2 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will issue a credit note for all payments received from you, excluding the return shipping cost, promptly and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.
You can use this credit note which is valid for 6 months since the issued date for your next order
We may withhold the credit note until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having returned them—whichever is earlier
You must return the items to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if the items are sent within this 14-day period. Return shipping costs will be covered by you
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the items
3.3 Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to goods with vouchers that have been offered privately. Once you use the voucher, cancellation is no longer permitted

A downloadable version of the cancellation form is available here. A printed copy will also be provided once the contract has been finalized
- RETURNS POLICY
4.1 Return Period
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you may return items purchased from us provided they are unused, unwashed, free of defects, and in their original condition with all labels and security tags intact
4.2 Return Process
4.2.1. Inform your order number or invoice number to customercare@velisfashion.com. Detailed return instructions and required documentation will also be enclosed
4.2.2. Returns can only be accepted from the same country where the order was originally delivered. For example, an order delivered to Germany can only be returned from within Germany
4.2.3. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, have been washed, damaged, or had tags removed, including tampered packaging or missing accessories. Such items will be sent back to you without a refund, as they are no longer suitable for resale
4.2.4 We do not offer refunds. Instead, a store credit or credit note (valid for 6 months from the issue date) will be issued once we have received the returned item(s)

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect
4.2.6. Items paid by vouchers are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return
4.3 Return Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to monitor return behavior. If more than 70% of your orders are returned within a 12-month period, we may temporarily or permanently restrict or refuse future orders

5.1 Pricing
All product prices included VAT are based on the current listings available at the time you place your order on our website, www.velisfashion.com
5.2 Product Display
Products are represented on the website using digital images of the actual merchandise. Minor variations in color or appearance between the images and the actual goods do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for complaint
5.3 Availability and Partial Deliveries
If you place an order that includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. In such cases, your shipping costs will be charged only once
5.4. Promotion Codes
Promotional codes are valid for limited time periods and may be used toward any purchase on our website. Specific validity periods are indicated in the documentation provided with each promo code
Promotional codes that were distributed as part of a campaign or customer outreach initiative are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These codes cannot be reissued or extended beyond the return window stated in our terms
We may cancel or block a promo code for legal or security reasons, such as suspected abuse or misuse. You will be informed promptly if this occurs
Returns Involving Promotion Codes: if you return part of an order purchased using a promo code, the issued credit note will reflect the proportionate value of the discount used for that item. If the entire order is returned, the credit note will be issued with the full amount paid; however, the promotional code will be considered used and cannot be reused or reissued. Promo codes used during sales or special campaigns are non-replaceable and non-refundable
- STOREAGE OF CONTRACT INFORMATION
We retain the details of your order for our records. After placing your order by clicking the "complete purchase" button and successfully verifying your payment information, a confirmation—referred to as an "acknowledgment of receipt"—will be displayed on your screen. You have the option to print this page for your personal records
Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all relevant order details you submitted, along with a printable cancellation form for your records
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery to the European Union:
The countries are members of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus (South Cyprus only), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
Deliveries to the European Union are implemented by our affiliate courier UPS with premium services to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly. All shipments sent by VELIS FASHION are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Shipping for orders over €400 is free of charge. Shipping cost €20, usually 3 business days. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are listed as gross prices.
After your payment, we process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday, except Hungary public holidays.Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
7.2 Delivery to countries outside of the European Union
We ship to Asia, the United Kingdom, Africa, North America, South America, and other non-EU countries
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer
We will inform the shipping times and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
We cannot control delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)

Any currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred by your financial institution are non-refundable

Credit note for returns will be issued to the registered account used for the next purchase
8.3. Paying with a Voucher
To use a Voucher, enter the code in the designated field during checkout and click "Add Code."
Please note that voucher cannot be redeemed for cash
8.4. Using a Promotion Code
To apply a promotion code, enter the code during the final checkout step and select "Add Code."
If the order amount is greater than the promotional value, choose another payment method to cover the outstanding balance
8.5. Set-Off Policy
You may not offset any claims unless your counterclaim is legally established, uncontested, or directly related to the same contract
8.6. Retention Rights in Commercial Transactions
In the context of commercial sales, customers cannot assert a right of retention or refuse performance, except in the case of claims that are undisputed, legally confirmed, or directly connected to the same sales contract
- RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the goods remains with Velis Fashion until full payment has been received

- WARRANTY
Defects in delivered items are subject to statutory warranty regulations. However, any claims for damages due to defects are limited to the conditions outlined in Section 12
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are fully liable for damages resulting from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For damages arising from minor negligence that involve essential contractual obligations—those necessary for fulfilling the contract's purpose and reasonably expected by the customer—liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. We are not liable for minor breaches of non-essential obligations
- APPLICABLE LAW AND SEVERABILITY
The contract and any related disputes are subject to Hungary law. If any clause in this agreement is found to be legally invalid, the rest of the provisions remain fully effective
