Deliveries to the European Union are implemented by our affiliate courier UPS with premium services to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly. All shipments sent by VELIS FASHION are insured against theft and accidental damage.

Shipping for orders over €400 is free of charge. Shipping cost €20, usually 3 business days. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are listed as gross prices.

After your payment, we process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday, except Hungary public holidays.Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
