USER ACCOUNT & PASSWORD

Would you like to create a user account?

To register a new user account on VELIS FASHION, move your cursor over the “My account” section found at the top of any page. This will trigger a dropdown menu. From there, select "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the menu. You can also go directly to the registration page by clicking on "My account".

To sign up, simply enter your name, email address, and choose a password. You’ll be able to update your personal details at any time. All provided information remains private and is not shared with third parties.

How to change your personal information?

To update your personal details, start by signing in to your VELIS account. Once logged in, go to "Account details" where you can view and modify all your saved information.

Did you forget your password?

To reset your password, hover over the "My Account" section at the top of any VELIS FASHION page, or click directly on it. Then, select "Did you forget your password?" and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email shortly with a link to create a new password.

Would you like to place an order without create a user account?

You don’t need to create an account to place an order on VELIS FASHION. Just proceed to checkout without logging in. When you reach the sign-in page, choose the option "PROCEED WITHOUT LOGIN." After entering your shipping and billing details along with your payment information, you’ll be prompted to confirm your order. If you prefer not to create an account, simply uncheck the box labeled "Create a user account using the information from this order" before finalizing your purchase.

What are Tax Refund Eligibility Requirements?

To be eligible for a tax refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must reside outside the European Union.
  • Your billing address and shipping address must be outside the EU (note: PO Boxes are not accepted).
  • Your full name must match exactly across your passport, billing, and shipping addresses.
  • Your name must appear as the recipient or be listed under “c/o” (care of) in the shipping address. This can be entered in the “Address Line 2” field during checkout.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

What payment methods does VELIS accept?

VELIS offers a range of payment options depending on the destination country of your order. Credit card payments are accepted worldwide. For detailed information about the payment methods, please refer to the "Payment" section on our Customer Service page.

What happens after you place an order?

Usually, once your payment is received, your order will be dispatched on the same day. You will receive an order confirmation, followed by updates when your package is packed, shipped, and en route to you.

When does VELIS charge my credit card?

When you place an order online, your credit card provider temporarily reserves the total order amount through a pre-authorization. This means the amount will be deducted from your available credit limit, but your account will not be charged until the order is shipped. If you cancel the order before shipping, no charges will be made, and the pre-authorization will be released. Please note that the pre-authorization typically remains valid for at least 7 days, but the exact time it takes for your bank to release the reserved funds may vary.

How do I get refund after I return an item/items?

We do not offer refunds. Instead, a store credit (valid for 6 months from the issue date) will be issued once we have received the returned item(s). You can use the store credit for any order(s).

SHIPPING & TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary based on your chosen delivery destination (in the EU or out of the EU). For detailed information, please visit the "Delivery" section on our Customer Service page.

Is your parcel insured?

Once your order has been dispatched, it is insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. If you're returning items, you can ensure the return is protected by using the official return label included in your original package. When your parcel is collected by one of our partner couriers, always request a signed receipt as proof of pickup. Similarly, if you drop off your return at a parcel shop, be sure to obtain a confirmation receipt.

Would you like to track your order?

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment and view the estimated delivery time.

Would you like to return one or more products from your order?

You may return any purchased items, including discounted products (excluding products applied vouchers) within 14 days of receiving them. For full details on how to return or cancel your purchase, please visit the "Return & Exchange" section under Customer Service.

Would you like to exchange one or more products from your order?

Items you've purchased — including those on sale (excluding products applied vouchers) — can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size. For more details on returns or cancellations, visit the "Return & Exchange" section in our Customer Service.

Are all products on VELIS FASHION authentic?

Yes, all products on VELIS FASHION are 100% authentic and new. We partner directly with verified distributors and reputable brands to ensure that every item you purchase is genuine and up to industry standards

STORE CREDIT, PROMOTIONAL CODE & VOUCHER

Would you like to redeem a store credit, promotion code or voucher?

After adding your selected items to your shopping bag, you can apply a store credit, promotional code, or voucher during checkout. Simply enter the code in the "Store Credit/Promo Code/Voucher" field. Make sure the code is spelled correctly and valid for the country and currency you've selected. To apply it, click on "USE CODE".

WISHLIST & NOTIFICATIONS (ALERTS)

Would you like to add an item to your wishlist?

The wishlist feature helps you keep an eye on your favorite items and their availability. When logged into your VELIS account, you can opt to receive alerts if an item on your wishlist goes on sale, is nearly sold out, or becomes available again. You can also easily transfer items from your wishlist to your shopping bag with a single click.

Is your favourite item sold out? Back in stock alert

The "Back in Stock" alert lets you know as soon as your favorite item becomes available again in your size. Simply log into your VELIS account, add the item to your wishlist, and enable the alert. Please note that restocking is not guaranteed for all items.

When will my favourite item go on sale? Sale alert

The "Sale" alert lets you know the moment your favorite items are discounted. Just log into your VELIS account, add the items to your wishlist, and activate the alert. You can also sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about the latest offers and promotions.

Would you like to be notified if there is only one piece left of your favourite item? Last piece alert

After logging into your VELIS account, you can save products to your wishlist and enable the 'Last-piece' notification. This feature will send you an email alert when only one unit of an item remains in stock.

To subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email at the bottom of our homepage and click 'SIGN UP.' You’ll be directed to a form—just fill in your name, date of birth, country, and language, then confirm by clicking 'SIGN UP’.
