For returns, please inform your order number or invoice number to customercare@velisfashion.com, and please follow the instructions:

Put your returned item(s) in a package (you can use the original or any package).

Close the parcel securely and attach the return label (which is provided to your email) to the outside. Please insure to pack it properly to avoid any damage during the transport.

If you are in the non European Union countries:

Please inform your order number or invoice number to customercare@velisfashion.com and arrange your return shipping to our address:
